No Bake Energy Bites

I thought I'd make these today because I had everything on hand. I thought they tasted pretty good. I found the recipe at Smashed Peas and Carrots. Update: I just found another version of these here. I'm going to have to try these too!

You will need:
1 c. oatmeal (I used old fashioned oats)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. ground flaxseed
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (I used regular sized chocolate chips)
1 t. vanilla

Mix everything in a medium bowl until well mixed. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll into balls and enjoy!

Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
