Easy Vegetable Soup

This soup is SUPER easy to make!! I usually use canned vegetables because that is what my mom always used, but I'm sure you could use frozen vegetables if you chose. And the great part about this recipe is that you can pretty much change it up to your family's preferences.

I use:
1 can of corn
1 can of lima beans
1 can of cut green beans
4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 c. onion, chopped (used about 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 large can of tomato juice
hot sauce, to taste
salt & pepper, to taste
basil & oregano, to taste

I just throw all of this together in the crockpot and let it cook for the day on low.
